About the Role
Pavago is hiring a Website Designer to build modern, responsive WordPress and Webflow sites with a strong UX/UI focus. This hands-on remote position blends design expertise with CMS implementation, allowing you to transform wireframes into live sites that perform, convert, and scale with business goals. You'll own projects from concept to launch, working collaboratively during U.S. business hours with a team dedicated to speed, accessibility, and SEO excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive Webflow and WordPress websites with a focus on user experience and interface design
- Transform wireframes and design concepts into fully functional, live websites
- Implement CMS platforms while ensuring optimal performance, accessibility, and SEO compliance
- Collaborate remotely with team members and clients during U.S. business hours to align on project goals and requirements
- Optimize sites for conversion, speed, and scalability to support business objectives
- Manage projects from initial concept through successful launch
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and building responsive websites using Webflow and/or WordPress
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design capabilities and CMS implementation expertise
- Proficiency with CMS platforms and ability to bridge design and development
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and SEO best practices
- Ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours with strong communication skills
- Experience optimizing websites for performance and conversion
