Pavago is hiring a Remote Website Designer with a passion for UX/UI design and CMS platforms. In this hands-on role, you'll transform wireframes into fully functional WordPress and Webflow sites, owning projects from concept through launch. Responsibilities
- Design and build modern, responsive websites using WordPress and Webflow with a strong UX/UI focus
- Transform wireframes and design concepts into live, production-ready sites
- Ensure all sites meet performance, accessibility, and SEO standards
- Manage projects from initial concept through launch and delivery
- Collaborate with team members and clients during U.S. business hours in a remote environment
- Optimize websites for conversion and scalability aligned with business objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and building websites with WordPress and/or Webflow
- Strong UX/UI design skills with a portfolio demonstrating modern, responsive web design
- Hands-on experience implementing designs on CMS platforms
- Knowledge of web performance, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote setting during U.S. business hours
