About the Role

Mozio is seeking a Senior Designer to own their marketing design and Webflow presence in this flexible, part-time contract role. You'll be the go-to expert for all design outside of product, managing a variable workload of 10-20 hours per week as a self-directed designer who thrives with autonomy and shifting priorities. This is a 100% remote opportunity perfect for a senior designer who wants to make a meaningful impact on a brand's digital presence while maintaining schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Redesign, build, and maintain marketing and landing pages directly in Webflow
• Clean up and restructure existing Webflow setup to ensure it's maintainable and scalable
• Refine and extend the marketing brand system, building on existing brand identity and product design system
• Design digital marketing materials including one-pagers, sales and marketing materials, slide decks, and brochures
• Produce print materials as needed
• Improve and write marketing copy based on provided direction and key points
• Apply technical SEO best practices in all Webflow builds

Requirements

• Senior-level designer with proven ability to work independently, make strong design decisions, and require minimal direction
• Expert-level proficiency in Webflow—both designing and building, including experience improving messy or inherited setups
• Solid grasp of HTML/CSS fundamentals
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
• Comfortable owning projects end-to-end across web, digital, and print materials

Nice to Have

• Strong copywriting skills
• Figma experience (product team works in Figma)
• Technical SEO/GEO knowledge including meta tags, canonical links, hreflang, and schema markup
• Webflow interactions and animation expertise
• Presentation and slide design experience
