- Research, learn, and create content demonstrating Webflow integrations with other services and technologies
- Keep technical skills fresh by continuously building with Webflow and staying current with emerging web technologies
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical education teammates to support project success
- Take feedback on on-camera work as craft input and iterate to improve quality

- 4+ years of experience in technical education combined with web development and/or design
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to write, review, and explain code using AI tools to accelerate development
- Demonstrated experience teaching technical concepts through video, documentation, courses, workshops, or community work
- Willingness and ability to present on camera with confidence and professionalism
- Ability to address multiple audiences—from visual developers to engineers to marketers—with clarity and relevance
- Passion for learning, education, and helping others succeed
- Proactive curiosity about emerging technologies and AI, with demonstrated fluency in integrating new tools into your workflow
Nice to Have
- Experience building things to understand them deeply, beyond just shipping products
- Comfort showcasing both the messy middle of a build and polished final results
- Background collaborating with both technical and less technical team members
