About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Digital Designer to lead design initiatives on our most impactful projects. This is a 100% remote position with occasional office work in Reading or London, perfect for an experienced designer ready to mentor, innovate, and shape our creative direction. You'll work alongside our Craft CMS team and have the opportunity to own high-visibility marketing site work while maintaining the flexibility you need.

Responsibilities

• Lead design on agency web projects, from concept through implementation
• Collaborate closely with Craft CMS developers to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff
• Contribute to marketing site design and strategy
• Provide design leadership and mentorship within the team
• Create and maintain design systems and Figma components for consistency and efficiency
• Participate in client presentations and design workshops

Requirements

• 5+ years of agency web design experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Expert-level proficiency in Webflow
• Strong, organized portfolio demonstrating web design work
• Experience collaborating with CMS developers and technical teams
