About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Digital Designer to join our remote team (with optional access to Reading and London offices). This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least five years of agency web design experience who wants to work on high-impact projects with corporate clients. You'll combine your Webflow expertise with Figma design skills, collaborating closely with our in-house Craft CMS development team and supporting our digital marketing initiatives—all while producing the "wow factor with every scroll."

Responsibilities

• Create compelling design and UX solutions for new client projects, redesigns, and functionality upgrades using Figma and design systems
• Collaborate with in-house Craft CMS developers to deliver high-quality implementations for international corporate clients
• Build Webflow-based marketing websites and landing pages for smaller-budget clients and prototypes for larger Craft CMS projects
• Support the digital marketing team with campaign ideas, execution, and creative direction
• Maintain strong working relationships with project managers and internal teams to ensure project success
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility best practices and reflect current UX/UI and development standards
• Deliver projects on deadline with outstanding attention to detail

Requirements

• Five or more years of web design experience in an agency environment
• Existing knowledge of Webflow, or a strong desire to learn it
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including design systems and auto layout
• Demonstrated excellence in creativity, design flair, and visual problem-solving
• Solid understanding of website accessibility best practices
• Knowledge of current UX/UI and web development best practices
• Experience working collaboratively with web developers
• Outstanding attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proven client-facing experience
• Fluent English speaker
