About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong interest in AI development to join our core team. You will lead the architecture and development of client projects while spearheading our internal AI tooling — from intelligent lead generation systems to automated content pipelines. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of modern web development and practical AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build full-stack web applications using Next.js, React, and Node.js
• Design and implement AI-powered features using Claude API, OpenAI, and custom LLM workflows
• Build automated pipelines for data ingestion, content generation, and business intelligence
• Lead technical decisions on project architecture, database design, and API integrations
• Collaborate directly with the founder and design team on client deliverables
• Mentor junior developers and establish engineering best practices
• Deploy and maintain applications on Vercel, Convex, and AWS infrastructure

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
• Expert-level proficiency with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Hands-on experience building with AI/LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar)
• Strong understanding of database design (SQL and NoSQL — Convex, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with Webflow development and CMS integrations
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and cloud deployment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Nice to Have

• Experience with Stripe payment integrations
• Background in SEO, web performance optimization, or CRO
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Experience building Chrome extensions or browser automation tools
• Knowledge of Python for data processing and ML pipelines
