Senior Manager, Web Experience
Job Description
About the Company
Talkiatry is transforming mental health care by making high-quality psychiatry more accessible, human, and sustainable for patients and clinicians. As the largest dedicated psychiatry practice in the U.S., with 750+ psychiatrists and 250+ therapists delivering over two million patient visits nationwide, Talkiatry is redefining how behavioral healthcare is delivered in America through technology-powered, in-network solutions that reduce clinician burnout and expand access to care.
About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Manager, Web Experience to own Talkiatry.com as a full digital product in New York, NY. This role combines product management, web strategy, and hands-on Webflow development—you'll operate the site like a product manager with a clear roadmap, strong cross-functional judgment, and relentless attention to quality. The ideal candidate will drive meaningful improvements to visitor experience, increase qualified application starts, and personally ship website improvements using Webflow, front-end tools, and analytics platforms. This is not a traditional CMS producer role; we need someone who can set direction, diagnose issues, prioritize based on business impact, and prototype solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the marketing website roadmap across core site pages, landing pages, SEO/AEO content, provider discovery surfaces, and campaign experiences, translating business goals into a sequenced roadmap
- Improve visitor-to-qualified-application-start conversion rates by optimizing page experience, trust signals, CTA strategy, eligibility clarity, accessibility, and site speed
- Drive technical SEO and answer-engine optimization improvements including crawlability, internal linking, schema, metadata, page structure, and retrieval-friendly content patterns in partnership with Growth and Content teams
- Take proactive ownership of site health, QA processes, template hygiene, mobile optimization, and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards
- Build, modify, and QA website pages, templates, CMS components, redirects, metadata, schema, forms, and landing-page variants using Webflow, HTML, CSS, browser DevTools, and AI-assisted tools
- Scope work for external development partners, write clear briefs, and make strategic decisions about what to build in-house versus hand off
- Maintain CMS structure, templates, components, redirects, and publishing workflows to ensure scalability and consistency
- Partner with Growth, Analytics, Legal, and Privacy teams on website instrumentation, event tracking, pixels, consent rules, and privacy-sensitive tracking hygiene
Requirements
- 5-8+ years in website product management, growth product, web strategy, SEO, digital experience, or related role
- Strong product sense across user journeys, prioritization, roadmap ownership, experimentation, funnel thinking, and stakeholder alignment
- Hands-on HTML and CSS capability with comfort using browser DevTools and front-end debugging
- Demonstrated experience with Webflow or similar website platforms, CMS governance, and content management at scale
- Expertise in SEO/AEO, analytics, and conversion rate optimization with ability to balance technical and business priorities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner effectively across product, growth, design, legal, and compliance functions
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or mission-driven B2C organizations
- Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA)
- Experience with AI-assisted workflows and modern web development tools
- Background in both marketing and product roles
