About the Role
As Senior Manager, Website at Flock, you'll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for FlockSafety.com, a critical digital hub serving enterprise buyers, law enforcement agencies, community members, and media. This is a proactive leadership position where you'll guide the site's evolution using Webflow and modern web technologies, partnering with cross-functional teams to build intentional, high-performing digital experiences. You'll drive CRO and SEO strategy while managing external development partners and direct reports. This role is based in the United States, with a hub preference for Atlanta or Boston, though remote options may be available.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for FlockSafety.com, translating company and audience priorities into digital experiences that serve multiple distinct audiences
- Own information architecture and navigation, establishing audience journeys for enterprise buyers, public safety partners, and the broader public
- Partner with growth leadership to set website governance, determining what content is built, updated, consolidated, or retired
- Guide CRO and SEO strategy, managing direct reports and cross-functional partners to optimize for both conversion and modern search paradigms like AEO and GEO
- Direct external development partners and manage Webflow infrastructure, ensuring high standards for site performance, accessibility, QA, and technical health
- Proactively identify broken interactions, weak UX, and conversion bottlenecks to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience in web strategy, digital product management, or digital experience owning high-impact websites
- Strong strategic and creative judgment with a track record of leading a website through a major redesign or transformation
- Technical fluency with modern CMS platforms such as Webflow, alongside working knowledge of web performance, UX, accessibility, CRO, and SEO
- Demonstrated ability to analyze website data and user behavior to make roadmap decisions
- Experience managing direct reports or cross-functional contributors, with ability to navigate complex B2B buying journeys
- Mid-Senior level experience in digital leadership roles

- Starting salary between $118,000 and $150,000 (determined by job-related experience, education/training, and market indicators)
