About the Role

This Senior Marketing Web Developer role is for someone who understands why conversion strategies work, not just how to code them. You'll own the landing pages, funnels, and checkout flows that power a multi-brand consumer products portfolio, working in-office in Santa Ana alongside media buyers and CRO teams. This is a conversion-focused position where you'll build in Webflow, customize Shopify storefronts, manage tracking integrity, and contribute data-driven test ideas to a high-velocity optimization environment. You need 4-6 years of hands-on build experience with a portfolio to show—and the willingness to work full-time, five days a week on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Own landing page and funnel development: build conversion-focused pages from Figma, custom checkout flows in Checkout Champ, Webflow builds, and rapid A/B test variants in a high-velocity testing environment
  • Ensure tracking and analytics integrity across all funnels: implement and debug Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, TikTok Pixel, GA4, and Google Tag Manager so every step measures correctly
  • Customize Shopify storefronts across three brands: modify themes, build custom Liquid sections, enhance product pages and checkout experiences, and integrate third-party apps
  • Partner with the CRO team: review funnel and campaign performance data, contribute test ideas, and recommend optimization strategies based on real metrics
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools—Claude Code, Cursor, v0—to prototype and ship faster while maintaining judgment about what to review and refine

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience building conversion-focused web experiences (landing pages, funnels, or eCommerce storefronts) with a portfolio of pages you personally built
  • Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals with mobile-first responsive development as a default practice
  • Proven experience implementing and debugging tracking: GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel (ideally with Conversions API), and TikTok Pixel
  • Shopify and Liquid theme development experience with comfort extending product, cart, and checkout experiences
  • Experience with custom checkout platforms like Checkout Champ or ClickFunnels, or clear evidence you can learn one quickly
  • Practical fluency with AI coding tools and the judgment to know their limits
  • Real CRO instincts: ability to analyze test variants, explain why one won, and identify what invalidates a test
  • Willingness and ability to work five days a week in the Santa Ana, CA office (out-of-state remote candidates will not be considered)

Nice to Have

  • Server-side tracking and Meta Conversions API implementation
  • Webflow experience or exposure to visual page builders
  • Past DTC or eCommerce brand experience in-house rather than agency
  • Formal exposure to A/B testing tools and CRO methodology

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary: $90,000–$120,000
