Join Pixel Mechanics as a Senior SEO Specialist based in Malaysia, where you'll combine hands-on execution with analytical expertise to drive consistent performance improvements across client campaigns. This role bridges day-to-day SEO implementation with strategic optimization, working closely with the performance marketing team to achieve measurable growth in rankings, traffic, and conversions. You'll be responsible for not only executing high-impact SEO tasks but also continuously identifying opportunities to elevate campaign performance. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor benchmarking to uncover growth opportunities
• Execute high-impact SEO tasks including on-page optimization, content structuring, internal linking, and technical improvements
• Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions
• Analyze data to diagnose performance issues, identify root causes, and recommend actionable solutions
• Support and guide performance marketers with SEO direction, insights, and best practices
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented effectively
• Establish and refine internal SEO frameworks, standard operating procedures, and optimization processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and performance marketing within an agency setting
• Strong expertise across all SEO disciplines including technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, ranking factors, search intent analysis, and off-page fundamentals
• Hands-on experience implementing SEO changes directly on major CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
• Ability to prioritize high-impact actions across multiple campaigns
• Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools including Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
• Portfolio of past campaign results required — applications without a portfolio will not be considered
