About the Role

As Senior Web Designer at CesiumAstro in Austin, Texas, you'll own the complete design, development, and maintenance of the corporate website and campaign landing pages using Webflow. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced designer who can translate Figma designs into production-ready Webflow implementations while mentoring junior team members and making independent judgments on complex technical and design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the corporate website and campaign landing pages using Webflow
• Translate Figma designs into production-ready Webflow pages with precision and attention to detail
• Manage site architecture and ensure optimal performance across all pages and campaigns
• Mentor and guide junior team members on Webflow best practices and design standards
• Make independent technical and design decisions on complex projects with general supervision
• Drive high-visibility projects and campaigns in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Webflow design and development
• Proficiency in Figma and ability to translate designs into Webflow implementations
• Demonstrated experience with website architecture and site management
• Proven ability to work independently and make complex technical decisions
• Experience mentoring or leading junior designers
• Strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects and campaign landing pages
