Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the corporate website and campaign landing pages using Webflow
• Translate Figma designs into production-ready, fully functional Webflow pages
• Establish and optimize site architecture for scalability and user experience
• Ensure all pages meet responsive design and web accessibility standards
• Optimize pages for fast loading and performance across all devices
• Mentor junior designers and provide design direction and feedback
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaign initiatives

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional web design experience
• Advanced hands-on expertise with Webflow
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Demonstrated experience creating responsive and accessible web pages
• Portfolio showcasing high-performing, production-ready Webflow projects
• Experience working with Figma and design-to-development workflows
