About the Role

As a Senior Web Developer at Icovy, you'll be a Webflow expert who moves fluently across multiple platforms—WordPress, Astro, e-commerce, and enterprise stacks—to build high-end marketing sites for healthcare and MedTech brands. You'll serve as the technical lead on client web projects from architecture through launch and optimization, bringing sites to life with polished animations, AI integration, and pixel-perfect execution. This is a contract-to-hire role based in Salt Lake City, UT with a hybrid schedule, ideal for a developer who combines technical depth with strategic thinking and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship high-end marketing sites in Webflow, including CMS architecture, interactions, and responsive builds that match designs pixel for pixel
• Develop and maintain WordPress, Astro, e-commerce, and enterprise-scale sites when the project calls for it
• Create refined motion and interaction work using Webflow Interactions, GSAP, Lottie, and scroll-based animation with restraint and intent
• Integrate AI where it adds real value: chat and personalization features, AI-assisted content workflows, and automation across CRM and marketing tools
• Own performance, SEO fundamentals, accessibility, and QA so every launch is fast, stable, and conversion-ready
• Collaborate directly with strategy, design, and account teams, and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• 4+ years building production websites with deep, demonstrable Webflow expertise (a portfolio of live Webflow work is required)
• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals; comfort with custom code inside and outside visual builders
• Real experience across WordPress and at least one of: Astro, Shopify, WooCommerce, or headless and enterprise stacks
• A working fluency with AI tools and APIs, and a point of view on where they belong in web development
• An eye for detail: you notice a 2px misalignment and an easing curve that feels off
• Self-direction: you can take a brief, ask the right questions, and deliver without hand-holding
• Must be located in the United States (West Coast preferred)
