About the Role

Short Story is seeking a Senior Webflow & CRO Specialist to drive growth and UX impact across their digital platform. In this role, you'll lead conversion rate optimization strategies, enhance the website experience, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve performance. Responsibilities

• Design and implement Webflow solutions that enhance user experience and drive conversions
• Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives and develop comprehensive testing strategies
• Conduct and analyze A/B tests to identify optimization opportunities across the website
• Use data-driven insights to inform design and development decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional Webflow experience and development expertise
• Strong background in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into strategic recommendations
• Experience building and optimizing e-commerce websites
• Demonstrated ability to improve user experience and increase conversion rates

Benefits & Perks

• Competitive salary range: $115,000–$135,000 per year
