Short Story is hiring a Senior Webflow & CRO Specialist: Web Architect to lead strategic website enhancements and conversion rate optimization initiatives in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Webflow developer with strong eCommerce analytics expertise to make a meaningful impact on customer experience and business performance. Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic Webflow solutions that enhance overall website experience and user engagement
• Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments to identify and implement improvements
• Analyze user behavior data and eCommerce metrics to inform design and development decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize conversion funnels and improve customer journey
• Monitor website performance and implement technical optimizations to support growth objectives
• Document development processes and maintain best practices for Webflow implementation

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional Webflow development experience
• Strong analytical background and demonstrated expertise in eCommerce optimization
• Proven experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable web improvements
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for advanced Webflow customization
