Senior Webflow Designer — Remote, Multi-Brand Design System

About the Role

As a Senior Webflow Designer at LawnStarter, you'll own the design and build of marketing sites across four distinct brands, moving the company away from engineering bottlenecks and into a fast-moving, data-driven growth environment. You'll report to the Director of Design but sit embedded with the Growth team day-to-day, working closely with the Technical Growth Manager and CRO Specialist to create a componentized design system that powers rapid testing and optimization. This remote role is a chance to define how all four brands show up on the web—designing beautiful, conversion-optimized marketing experiences entirely in Webflow, without handing off to engineering for every change.

Responsibilities

• Design and build page templates, page architecture, and component libraries directly in Webflow—establishing the foundation for all four brand marketing sites
• Create and maintain a robust, componentized design system that allows the Technical Growth Manager and CRO Specialist to spin up new pages and run tests independently
• Define UX/UI standards across all marketing sites, including usability, accessibility, conversion best practices, and visual consistency
• Establish visual design direction and brand execution at a high bar—typography, spacing, hierarchy, color, imagery, and composition that hold up against the best marketing sites on the web
• Collaborate closely with the Growth team to iterate on page templates, architecture, and components based on conversion data and test results
• Own the design of key flows, navigation, hero patterns, and conversion-optimized patterns across LawnStarter, Lawn Love, Home Gnome, and ProBase
• Leverage AI tools (Claude Code, Claude) as core to your design and build workflow

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Webflow—able to design and build directly in the platform, not just hand off designs
• Strong visual design skills and demonstrated ability to create modern, polished, on-brand marketing experiences at a high bar
• Deep understanding of conversion-driven design, UX best practices, and how design decisions impact business metrics
• Experience building and maintaining design systems, component libraries, and scalable design foundations
• Ability to work collaboratively in a data-driven environment, iterating based on testing and conversion results
• Comfort with multi-brand design challenges and maintaining distinct brand identities while sharing a core design system

Nice to Have

• Experience with CMS architecture and programmatic page infrastructure
• Familiarity with A/B testing, CRO, and conversion optimization workflows
• Experience working directly with Technical Growth Managers or engineering teams to understand production constraints
• Proficiency with AI-native design workflows and tools
