About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Webflow Developer to join our talented team in Ohio and help drive innovation through complex no-code projects. This full-time position is perfect for someone passionate about Webflow and no-code development who wants to turn their expertise into a career. You'll collaborate with project peers to create cutting-edge digital products while actively consulting clients to deliver the best possible solutions, plus contribute to internal tool development and product creation from concept to market launch.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative digital products using Webflow in close collaboration with project peers
• Implement complex no-code solutions that deliver measurable value to clients
• Consult with clients throughout the development process to ensure optimal product outcomes
• Foster and develop internal tools and products using no-code technologies from ideation through market entry
• Contribute to company optimization and strategic product initiatives

Requirements

• Solid, demonstrable experience creating digital products with Webflow (Webflow University certification preferred; portfolio of 3–5 completed projects required)
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Goal-oriented mindset with solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience collaborating on digital projects using agile principles
• Passion for no-code development and understanding of its potential for innovation

Nice to Have

• Experience with Bubble.io, Shopify, or Integromat
• Certification or advanced training in multiple no-code platforms
