About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Webflow Developer (m/f/d) to join our remote team and help drive innovation across complex no-code projects. In this role, you'll develop cutting-edge digital products using Webflow, collaborate closely with project peers, and actively consult with clients to deliver the best possible solutions. Responsibilities
- Develop innovative digital products using Webflow in close collaboration with project peers
- Implement complex no-code solutions that drive tangible value for clients
- Actively consult with clients throughout the development process to ensure the best possible outcomes
- Build and optimize internal tools and proprietary no-code products from ideation through market entry
- Collaborate within agile project teams to deliver solutions efficiently and effectively
- Stay current with the latest low-code and no-code technologies and best practices
Requirements
- Solid, professional experience creating digital products with Webflow (portfolio of 3-5 completed projects required)
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Goal-oriented mindset with solid communication skills
- Experience collaborating in digital projects with familiarity of agile principles
- Basic to intermediate no-code understanding and ability to learn quickly
Nice to Have
- Completion of Webflow University certification
- Experience with other no-code platforms such as Bubble.io, Shopify, or Integromat
- Prior experience working in agile team environments
