About the Role
As a Senior Webflow Developer at 02100 Digital, you'll drive innovation by building complex, high-value digital products using modern no-code technologies. This full-time position in Ohio, US (based in Hamburg with hybrid flexibility) is perfect for someone who believes no-code development is the future and wants to turn their passion into a thriving career alongside a team of certified no-code experts. You'll collaborate closely with project peers to create first-moving digital products while actively consulting clients to deliver the best possible solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative digital products using Webflow in close collaboration with project team members
- Implement complex no-code solutions that drive measurable value for clients
- Actively consult with clients during development to ensure the best outcomes and solutions
- Contribute to internal product development and optimization initiatives using no-code technologies
- Take products from ideation through market entry, supporting the company's mission to lead Europe's low-code space
Requirements
- Solid experience creating digital products with Webflow; completion of Webflow University and a portfolio of 3–5 projects preferred
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Goal-oriented mindset with solid communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience collaborating on digital projects and familiarity with agile working principles
- Basic understanding of no-code development concepts and methodologies
