About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Webflow Developer to join our talented team in Hamburg, Germany and help drive innovation across complex no-code projects. As a Senior Webflow Developer, you'll develop cutting-edge digital products, consult directly with clients to maximize value, and contribute to internal tools that power our operations. This role is perfect for someone passionate about no-code technology who wants to turn their expertise into a full-time career working alongside certified no-code experts in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative digital products and solutions using Webflow in close collaboration with project peers
• Develop complex no-code projects while maintaining focus on delivering client value and optimal solutions
• Actively consult with clients to ensure the best possible product outcomes and drive value-added development
• Build and optimize internal tools and products using no-code technologies from ideation through market entry
• Collaborate with agile teams to deliver projects on time while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements

• Solid, demonstrable experience creating digital products with Webflow (ideally completed Webflow University with a portfolio of 3-5 projects)
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Goal-oriented mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience collaborating in digital projects and familiarity with agile working methodologies
• Basic understanding of no-code development principles and the ability to work across multiple no-code platforms

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional no-code tools such as Bubble.io, Shopify, or Integromat
• Certification or advanced training in Webflow or other no-code platforms
