About the Role

Better U is hiring a Senior Webflow Developer for a remote, long-term position focused on ongoing development, optimization, and evolution of their healthcare marketing websites. This role is perfect for a developer who takes pride in clean architecture, performance optimization, and premium user experiences—someone who has built Webflow sites that feel fast, intentional, and conversion-focused. You'll operate independently, think strategically about scalability, and execute with precision across multiple high-traffic properties.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize high-performance Webflow websites, ensuring pixel-perfect responsiveness across all devices and browsers
• Architect and manage complex Webflow CMS collections with clean, scalable structure for rapid iteration and future growth
• Implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript enhancements where Webflow alone is insufficient
• Design and integrate advanced interactive 3D elements using Spline, connecting interactions to scroll, hover, and mouse movement
• Apply technical SEO best practices by design, including site structure, clean markup, page speed optimization, and Core Web Vitals compliance
• Proactively identify and resolve performance, UX, and technical issues while maintaining quality standards
• Partner with internal stakeholders to translate concepts into polished execution and provide ongoing technical support
• Apply CRO fundamentals and UX best practices to create premium, intuitive interfaces optimized for trust and conversion

Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience building and maintaining production Webflow sites with a portfolio of work to demonstrate
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Webflow CMS architecture
• Demonstrated experience with SEO-aware development practices and technical SEO implementation
• Experience integrating 3D or advanced interactive elements, with Spline experience preferred
• Deep understanding of responsive design, performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, and UX best practices
• Ability to work autonomously, communicate clearly, meet deadlines consistently, and maintain meticulous attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience designing scalable, modular Webflow systems and component libraries
• Familiarity with CRO testing, analytics, and performance monitoring tools
• Background working in healthcare, SaaS, or regulated industries
• Experience with other CMS platforms such as WordPress
