About the Role

BX Studio is hiring a Senior Webflow Developer to own and elevate their most complex web projects. In this mid-to-senior level contract position, you'll collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and junior developers across the United States (fully remote) to deliver production-ready sites on time and on budget. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Webflow developer with strong leadership skills and a portfolio of sophisticated builds.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Webflow builds from scoping and wireframes through launch and post-launch optimizations
• Architect scalable Webflow systems using Client-First or similar methodologies, including component libraries, class structures, and CMS schema design
• Mentor and code review junior developers, establishing best practices for accessibility, performance, and responsive design
• Implement advanced features including memberships, logic flows, complex animations, e-commerce, API integrations, Zapier/Make workflows, and custom code embeds
• Translate design files (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) into production-ready Webflow sites with pixel-perfect fidelity and micro-interaction polish
• Optimize SEO, page speed, and analytics to meet Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals targets
• Interface directly with clients and stakeholders to provide technical guidance, accurate estimates, and proactive solutions
• Research and implement new Webflow releases, no-code tools, and automation to keep the studio competitive

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Webflow development experience (or 6+ years front-end development with 3+ years in Webflow)
• Demonstrated portfolio of complex, high-traffic Webflow sites including CMS builds, e-commerce projects, and custom interactions
• Expert-level proficiency with Client-First nomenclature and component libraries (Relume, Flowbase, etc.)
• Strong technical skills in HTML5, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and REST/GraphQL APIs with the ability to write custom code when needed
• Leadership and mentorship experience with ability to set code standards, run code reviews, and upskill teammates
• Excellent project management skills including accurate scoping, clear documentation, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines
• High reliability, initiative, and integrity in a fully remote environment with availability to work core hours in EST or PST time zones
• Fluency in English and a friendly, professional demeanor

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with additional no-code platforms and automation tools
• Experience optimizing for Core Web Vitals and advanced SEO implementation
