We're looking for a Senior Webflow Developer & CRO Specialist to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Webflow-hosted website. Responsibilities
- Own the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Webflow-hosted website
- Develop and run A/B tests and CRO experiments to improve conversion rates and user engagement
- Monitor page performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align conversion goals and technical requirements
- Implement and manage experimentation strategies using leading platforms and tools
Requirements
- 3-6 years of hands-on Webflow experience with demonstrated expertise in design and development
- Proven experience in conversion rate optimization or related performance marketing roles
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in A/B and multivariate testing
- Proficiency with experimentation platforms and analytics tools
Nice to Have
- Experience optimizing high-traffic eCommerce websites or mobile applications
