As a Senior Webflow Developer & CRO Specialist, you'll take ownership of a Webflow-hosted website while driving conversion rate optimization initiatives that directly impact business growth. This role is perfect for an experienced Webflow developer who combines technical expertise with a data-driven mindset for improving user experiences and conversion metrics. You'll work cross-functionally to implement sophisticated experiments and optimizations that transform web performance.
Responsibilities
- Own the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Webflow-hosted website
- Develop and run A/B tests and CRO experiments to improve conversion rates
- Monitor page performance and analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align conversion optimization goals with broader business objectives
- Implement and manage experimentation platforms and analytics tools to track performance metrics
Requirements
- 3-6 years of hands-on Webflow development experience
- Proven experience in conversion rate optimization or related performance marketing roles
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in A/B and multivariate testing
- Proficiency with experimentation platforms and analytics tools
