Responsibilities
- Own the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Webflow-hosted website
- Develop and run A/B tests and CRO experiments to improve conversion rates
- Monitor page performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align conversion goals and implement strategic improvements
- Analyze performance data and test results to inform development decisions
Requirements
- 3-6 years of hands-on Webflow development experience
- Proven experience in conversion rate optimization or related performance marketing roles
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in A/B and multivariate testing
- Proficiency with experimentation platforms and analytics tools
