Responsibilities

• Own the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Webflow-hosted website
• Develop and run A/B tests and CRO experiments to improve conversion rates across key user journeys
• Monitor page performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align conversion goals with business objectives
• Implement and manage experimentation strategies using industry-standard testing platforms

Requirements

• 3-6 years of hands-on Webflow development experience
• Proven experience in conversion rate optimization or related performance marketing roles
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in A/B and multivariate testing
• Proficiency with experimentation platforms and analytics tools
• Track record of optimizing high-traffic eCommerce websites or mobile applications
