About the Role
As a Senior Webflow Developer and CRO Specialist at Workday, you'll own both the technical implementation and strategic experimentation of their Webflow-hosted website. This remote position is perfect for someone who combines deep Webflow expertise with a passion for conversion rate optimization—you'll work at the intersection of design, performance, and data-driven growth. You'll partner closely with design and growth teams to build high-performing, responsive web experiences while leading a comprehensive CRO experimentation roadmap that directly impacts business metrics.
Responsibilities
- Own the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Webflow-hosted website, ensuring production-ready code across all devices
- Build systematic, reusable components aligned with the design system and collaborate directly with design to bring engaging web content to life
- Ensure pages are responsive, fast, and properly structured for search engine crawlability with correct meta tags, page hierarchy, and schema markup
- Lead the CRO experimentation roadmap—identify optimization opportunities, form hypotheses, and prioritize tests aligned with business goals
- Implement A/B tests and multivariate experiments end-to-end, ensuring variants are isolated, stable, and correctly deployed
- Validate experiment tracking, analyze results, and iterate based on data-driven insights
- Monitor page performance, usability, and conversion behavior; catch issues and regressions before they impact users
- Support landing pages, redesigns, and iterative improvements while maintaining high-quality standards for all shipped work
Requirements
- 3–6 years of hands-on Webflow development experience
- Demonstrated experience in conversion rate optimization, growth, or digital product optimization roles, ideally within eCommerce or mobile environments
- Strong analytical foundation with hands-on experience designing, launching, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests
- Proven success improving conversion rate, revenue per visitor, average order value, or other core performance metrics
- Proficiency with experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target) and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
Nice to Have
- Experience optimizing high-traffic eCommerce websites or mobile applications
- Exposure to UX research methodologies and the ability to translate insights into testable hypotheses
- Familiarity with personalization strategies, segmentation, and AI-driven optimization techniques
