Short Story is seeking a Senior Webflow Developer & CRO Strategist to join their team in Flatonia, Texas. In this role, you'll combine technical Webflow expertise with conversion rate optimization strategy to enhance site performance and user experience. You'll work collaboratively with design and growth teams to implement data-driven improvements that directly impact bottom-line business results. Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize websites using Webflow to ensure high performance and user engagement
• Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to identify and implement conversion rate improvements
• Collaborate with design and growth teams to translate business objectives into technical solutions
• Analyze website analytics and user behavior data to inform optimization decisions
• Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics, reporting on conversion improvements and ROI
• Implement best practices for site speed, accessibility, and SEO across all Webflow projects

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Webflow, with demonstrated experience building and maintaining production eCommerce sites
• Proven expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and marketers
