About the Role

GSD Search is hiring a Senior Webflow Developer for a contract-to-hire position ($70-80/HR W2) to design, build, and maintain conversion-optimized web experiences on the Webflow platform. In this role, you'll own key martech tools including chatbot and consent management platforms, serving as the technical bridge between engineering and marketing. You'll collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and product stakeholders to translate creative concepts into polished, production-ready Webflow sites. This is a full-time, remote opportunity perfect for an experienced Webflow developer who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web pages and landing pages using Webflow CMS
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, cross-browser-compatible Webflow builds
• Implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within Webflow to extend native functionality
• Manage and update Webflow CMS collections, dynamic content, and content templates
• Optimize pages for performance, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and SEO best practices
• Own and optimize the Ada chatbot — manage conversation flows, train on updated content, test interactions, and monitor performance
• Integrate and manage third-party tools and APIs (OneTrust, Segment, GTM, etc.)
• Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve technical issues, broken links, and performance bottlenecks
• Collaborate with the marketing team to rapidly build and launch A/B testing variants and campaign landing pages

Requirements

• 5+ years of overall web development or marketing technology experience across CRO, SEO, analytics, or related disciplines
• 3+ years of hands-on Webflow development experience building complex, production-ready websites, interactions, and animations
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (vanilla JS and/or lightweight frameworks)
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web performance optimization techniques
• Experience integrating marketing and analytics tools (e.g., GTM, GA4, HubSpot)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or regulated financial services
• Experience with chatbot platforms (Ada, Qualified, Drift, Intercom) — configuration, training, and optimization
• Familiarity with consent management platforms (OneTrust or similar)
• Webflow Expert or Webflow University certification
• Familiarity with headless CMS approaches and Webflow's API
• Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub)
• Understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
• Exposure to basic back-end concepts or REST APIs
• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO)
• Interest in agentic AI workflows and emerging AI tooling
