About the Role

As a Senior Webflow Developer at Klarkode, you'll be at the forefront of the no-code revolution, creating innovative digital products with Webflow while collaborating closely with project peers in their prime Hamburg office (with hybrid flexibility). This role is perfect for developers who are passionate about Webflow and believe no-code is the future of software development—combining technical expertise with client consulting to deliver the best possible solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative digital products using Webflow, collaborating closely with project team members
• Actively consult with clients to understand their needs and help create the best version of their digital solutions
• Write clean HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery code to enhance Webflow projects and build custom functionality
• Develop internal tools and products using no-code methodologies, from ideation through market entry
• Work collaboratively within agile digital project workflows and sprint-based development cycles
• Continuously drive value-added solutions that align with Klarkode's core mission of excellence

Requirements

• Solid professional experience creating digital products with Webflow, with a portfolio of 3–5 completed projects
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery to extend Webflow capabilities
• Ideally completed Webflow University training or equivalent certification
• Goal-oriented mindset with excellent communication and consulting skills
• Proven experience collaborating in digital projects, ideally with prior exposure to agile methodologies
• Solid understanding of no-code and low-code development principles
