About the Role

Harness is seeking a talented Senior Webflow Developer to join their Marketing Team and play a key role in building, optimizing, and maintaining their marketing website. You'll collaborate closely with designers, content managers, PMs, PMMs, and developers to create high-performing, scalable, and visually engaging web experiences. This remote position is perfect for a passionate web developer who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and is committed to crafting seamless user experiences that drive engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance marketing web pages using Webflow, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and pixel-perfect accuracy
• Manage Webflow CMS collections, structure dynamic content, and optimize workflows for efficient content updates and team collaboration
• Implement custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and third-party integrations to enhance Webflow's capabilities and create seamless experiences
• Optimize site speed, performance, accessibility, and SEO/AEO best practices while implementing A/B testing and conversion rate optimizations
• Partner with Marketing, Content, and Growth teams to develop landing pages and campaign assets that drive engagement and conversions
• Set up and maintain tracking integrations with Google Analytics, Marketo, and similar tools to measure performance and insights
• Perform rigorous quality assurance testing to ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and smooth interactions
• Experiment with new Webflow features, animation techniques, and design-to-code implementations to create engaging digital experiences

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience developing Webflow websites in a professional setting
• Strong proficiency in Webflow, Webflow CMS, and custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and proven ability to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow implementations
• Experience optimizing Webflow sites for speed, SEO, accessibility, and performance with knowledge of Client-First or similar style guidelines
• Demonstrated experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and analytics integration
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and implement creative solutions
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with comfort working in fast-paced, iterative development cycles
