About the Role

N4 Studio is hiring a Senior Webflow Developer to architect and deliver enterprise-grade Webflow projects that meet the highest standards of technical quality, scalability, and performance. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Webflow developer to lead complex projects, mentor junior developers, and establish best practices across a globally distributed agency. You'll be a great fit if you have 4+ years of professional Webflow development experience, advanced proficiency with the Lumos framework, and a track record of delivering enterprise-level sites. This is a contract position based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex Webflow projects from concept to launch, ensuring enterprise-grade standards
• Implement the Lumos framework to build scalable, maintainable, and modular Webflow sites with component architecture and tokenization
• Architect CMS collections, dynamic content, and workflows for large-scale projects with multi-user collaboration
• Ensure sites meet enterprise requirements for accessibility, performance, security, and technical SEO
• Collaborate with design and strategy teams to translate creative concepts into robust Webflow solutions
• Optimize for site speed and cross-browser responsiveness with pixel-perfect implementation
• Mentor mid-level and junior developers, providing code reviews and technical leadership
• Contribute to internal standards, best practices, and team-wide Webflow development guidelines

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Webflow development
• Demonstrated experience building enterprise-level Webflow sites with complex CMS structures and multi-user workflows
• Advanced proficiency with the Lumos framework, including component architecture, tokenization, and scalability principles
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with the ability to extend Webflow beyond native features
• Experience with Webflow Enterprise features including team collaboration, custom code, integrations, and staging workflows
• Familiarity with API integrations, Zapier/Make, and automation within Webflow ecosystems
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Advanced knowledge of the Lumos framework best practices
