About the Role

As a Senior Webflow Developer at Crossing Hurdles, you'll own end-to-end site development, transforming Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web experiences. This role is ideal for a developer who combines technical expertise with a passion for performance optimization and user experience. You'll work across Webflow's full platform—from CMS configuration to advanced animations—while optimizing for both search engines and conversion rates. Based in the US, this position offers the opportunity to lead sophisticated web projects that demand creativity, precision, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow pages and sites
• Manage CMS structures, custom forms, embeds, and dynamic content integrations
• Build interactive animations and motion effects using GSAP, Three.js, Lottie, Rive, and Spline
• Implement analytics platforms including GA4, GTM, and PostHog for data-driven insights
• Drive technical SEO initiatives through metadata optimization, redirect management, and site speed enhancements
• Lead and execute CRO experiments including A/B testing and funnel analysis to improve conversions
• Own quality assurance and performance optimization across all developed sites

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Webflow with proven experience delivering pixel-perfect, responsive sites
• Strong expertise in animation libraries and tools (GSAP, Three.js, Lottie, Rive, Spline)
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, including metadata, redirects, and performance optimization
• Experience implementing and managing analytics platforms (GA4, GTM, PostHog)
• Demonstrated ability to run A/B tests and conduct funnel analysis for conversion rate optimization
• Proficiency working with Figma designs and translating them accurately to web
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
