About the Role

N4 Studio is seeking a Senior Webflow Digital Producer to join their Client Success function at a strategic level. This is a retainer-focused role where you'll own a portfolio of ongoing client accounts and serve as a genuine strategic partner—not just a relationship-keeper or project coordinator. You'll need strong Webflow knowledge and credible understanding of web platforms, CMS, performance, SEO, and digital marketing strategy. This remote position is based in the ET, CT, or PT time zone to support the North American client base, offering a genuine seat at the table to shape how the Client Success function grows.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of retainer clients as their primary strategic contact at N4 Studio
• Lead roadmapping, prioritization, and performance reviews across your accounts
• Translate client goals into clear, actionable briefs for design, development, and content teams using your Webflow expertise to scope and manage work
• Make smaller updates directly in Webflow where appropriate, while knowing when work needs to be briefed to the wider design or development team
• Proactively identify and drive account expansion opportunities, including Webflow's Optimize and Analyse products, presenting them as natural recommendations
• Manage retainer budgets month by month, scoping work accurately and catching scope or budget risks early
• Run regular governance calls and produce reporting that clients find valuable
• Contribute to Client Success operations by improving how the team scopes, briefs, and tracks delivery
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, particularly SEO/AEO and web performance, to bring informed perspective to client conversations

Requirements

• 5+ years in a digital or creative agency, with at least 2 years in a senior Digital Account Management, Client Success, or Digital Producer role
• Proven track record managing retainer accounts with the ability to grow and deepen relationships over time
• Strong Webflow knowledge with solid understanding of how Webflow websites are structured and delivered
• Technically credible in conversations about web platforms, CMS, performance, SEO/AEO, and digital marketing strategy
• Commercially sharp with clear instinct for spotting upsell and expansion opportunities
• Strong communicator and natural relationship-builder across client and internal stakeholders
• Calm and structured when priorities shift, with ability to juggle multiple accounts
• Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with global teams
• Full professional English proficiency required

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience working directly in Webflow to navigate builds and make smaller updates independently
• Experience with tools like Figma, Slack, and project management platforms
