As a Senior Webflow Engineer & CRO Strategist, you'll own the complete Webflow website implementation while driving conversion rate optimization initiatives that directly impact business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Webflow developer who combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to create high-performing websites. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote-first setup, working from Nenana, Alaska, to continuously improve user experience and conversion metrics.

Responsibilities

Own and manage Webflow website implementation, architecture, and ongoing optimization
Design and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates and user experience
Analyze website performance using analytics tools and translate data into actionable recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and product to align on CRO strategy
Develop and implement conversion optimization best practices across the Webflow platform
Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reporting on optimization efforts

Requirements

3-6 years of professional experience with Webflow development and implementation
Strong background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) with demonstrated results
Expertise with analytics tools and data-driven decision making
Proficiency in front-end technologies and Webflow's advanced capabilities
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
Experience conducting and analyzing A/B tests and multivariate tests
