About the Role

Current is hiring a Senior Webflow Engineer to lead technical development across multiple enterprise client engagements from their Eastern, Kentucky office. You'll architect CMS structures, build reusable components, and establish Webflow best practices that elevate project quality across the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development and architecture of enterprise Webflow websites for multiple client projects
• Design and build scalable CMS structures and reusable Webflow components
• Integrate third-party APIs and backend systems with Webflow sites
• Ensure accessibility compliance, SEO optimization, and performance best practices across all projects
• Partner with strategy, UX, design, and production teams to translate designs into production-ready Webflow solutions
• Set and maintain Webflow engineering standards and technical guidelines
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering team members

Requirements

• Senior-level expertise in Webflow development and site architecture
• Proven experience building enterprise-scale Webflow websites
• Strong knowledge of CMS structure, API integrations, and custom code implementation
