  • Build integrations with APIs, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and third-party services such as HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Optimize websites for accessibility, SEO, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance
  • Conduct QA, troubleshoot technical issues, and recommend enhancements across active projects
  • Help establish Webflow engineering standards, code quality, and best practices across projects
  • Stay informed on emerging Webflow capabilities and identify opportunities to improve development workflows

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of front-end or web development experience, ideally within an agency or consulting environment
  • 3+ years building production websites in Webflow with expert knowledge of Webflow CMS, Components, Variables, and responsive development
  • Experience with Client-First methodology, Relume, and Finsweet Attributes
  • Proven experience translating Figma design systems into production-ready websites
  • Experience building API integrations and connecting Webflow to third-party platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO best practices, and Core Web Vitals
  • Ability to lead technical decision-making while remaining hands-on in execution and strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Experience with GSAP, Lottie, or Spline animations
  • Experience with Wized, Memberstack, Xano, or Make.com
  • Familiarity with Git workflows and deployment best practices
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Familiarity with Jira, Workfront, or similar project management tools

Benefits & Perks

  • Remote-first work environment with a collaborative, supportive team culture
  • Temporary-to-permanent opportunity: begins as an hourly position ($45.00 - $65.00 per hour) with potential to transition to full-time employment ($100,000 - $125,000 annually base compensation range)
  • Work on complex, high-impact digital projects alongside smart, experienced teammates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
