About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Website Project Manager to oversee and coordinate Webflow website projects for our growing agency. This remote role focuses on managing the client experience, coordinating the work of our design and development teams, and ensuring timely, on-budget project completion. The ideal candidate has strong website project management experience, excels in communication and team coordination, and ideally brings familiarity with Webflow and experience mentoring other project managers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing website needs, structuring their participation, gathering requirements, and setting clear expectations
• Assign tasks to design, development, and QA teams, ensuring efficient project execution and quality delivery
• Monitor progress on all tasks in progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
• Troubleshoot and manage project blockers, collaborating with developers and clients to find effective solutions
• Develop and refine workflows to improve efficiency in handling maintenance tasks and website project management
• Maintain records of client requests, project status, and completed tasks to ensure transparency and accountability
• Review completed work to confirm it meets client requirements and Webflow best practices
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders regarding project status, roadblocks, and resolutions

Requirements

• 4-6 years proven experience in website project management
• Experience working in a digital agency with enterprise clients
• Understanding of enterprise-level delivery rigor and client management
• Familiarity with general CMS (Webflow preferred), front-end development, and website troubleshooting
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise between clients and design and development teams
• Hands-on experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar
• Hands-on experience and enthusiasm for incorporating AI into agency workflows
• Ability to work independently and proactively address issues as they arise
• Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail

Nice to Have

• Experience managing other project managers
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and SEO best practices
• Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, or similar)
