About the Role

We're looking for a Senior WordPress & Webflow Designer-Developer to join our growing team in Tennessee and take ownership of client web projects from conception through optimization. In this role, you'll maintain and enhance WordPress and Webflow sites, implement strategic changes, and collaborate with project managers, designers, and SEO specialists in a fast-paced, creative environment. This position is ideal for a skilled developer who thrives on solving complex problems, wants to make an immediate impact, and is excited about working with senior living operators across the US.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and optimize existing WordPress and Webflow client websites
• Implement design changes, feature requests, and performance optimizations across multiple projects
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and SEO specialists to ensure seamless project delivery
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to keep client sites running smoothly
• Build new WordPress and Webflow sites from scratch, demonstrating strong design and development expertise
• Ensure optimal site performance, security, and user experience across all projects
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proven expertise in WordPress development and Webflow design/development
• Portfolio of 3–5 example sites built from scratch (required for application)
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization and best practices
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience maintaining and updating client websites in a professional setting
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
