About the Role

We're seeking an experienced SEO Content Marketing Manager to join our remote team and create exceptional, optimized content for aesthetic practice clients. In this role, you'll blend editorial excellence with search engine optimization expertise to attract and convert patients, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven content strategies. This position is ideal for a seasoned content professional with proven success in improving organic search rankings through strategic SEO-driven content creation.

Responsibilities

• Refine AI-generated content for various channels including web, social, and PPC campaigns
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis for clients
• Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content adhering to E-E-A-T principles
• Develop and execute comprehensive content calendars while maintaining brand voice consistency
• Perform in-depth keyword research and on-page SEO optimization
• Monitor content performance metrics using analytics tools and recommend data-driven improvements
• Collaborate with technical SEO, development, and cross-functional teams on copywriting best practices
• Oversee the content production pipeline and manage multiple client accounts and deadlines
• Write descriptive and directive LLM prompts for AI content generation
• Stay current on aesthetic industry trends and medical marketing regulations

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional copywriting or copy editing experience, with at least 4 years focused on SEO-driven content
• Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and traffic through content optimization
• Hands-on experience with keyword research tools and AI-driven content creation tools
• Strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals and on-page optimization
• Experience editing AI-generated content and writing for multiple content formats (web copy, social media, PPC ads, long-form content)
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

• Experience writing for healthcare, medical aesthetics, or beauty industries
• Familiarity with medical marketing compliance and regulations
• Experience with content management systems such as Webflow or WordPress
• Knowledge of analytics platforms including Google Analytics and Search Console
