About the Role

We're seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our Tampa team in this newly created, full-time position. You'll work directly with the Founder and President, executing advanced SEO strategies across local and national client accounts while managing paid campaigns. This role offers flexibility on scheduling based on projects and is an excellent growth opportunity for a mid-senior level professional ready to own all aspects of SEO strategy, from technical implementation to analytics and campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical and Local SEO strategies across multiple client accounts
• Optimize Google Business Profile listings and manage local citations
• Perform technical SEO audits including Core Web Vitals, indexing, and crawl issue resolution
• Implement structured data and schema markup
• Support and manage link-building initiatives
• Partner with content teams to align on SEO strategy and implementation
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including PPC performance
• Build and maintain performance dashboards in Looker Studio

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (ad agency experience preferred)
• Google Ads Certification required
• Strong technical SEO skills and deep Local SEO expertise
• Proficiency with WordPress; Webflow or Shopify experience a plus
• Demonstrated experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Must currently reside in the Tampa, Florida area to attend occasional on-site meetings
• U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders only; we cannot accept third-party candidates, visa transfers, or sponsorship requests

Nice to Have

• Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementation experience
• Experience developing SEO strategies for healthcare companies and medical practices
