About the Role

Radar Hire is hiring an SEO Specialist with hands-on expertise in Webflow, SEMrush, and Yext. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for someone with 3+ years of SEO experience, preferably in a marketing agency setting. You'll develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, optimize websites for search visibility, and play a key role in scaling the business. If you're deeply familiar with on-page and off-page SEO, understand how to integrate SEO best practices into modern no-code platforms like Webflow, and thrive managing multiple client accounts, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple client accounts
• Perform in-depth keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis using SEMrush
• Optimize websites for search engines, including content, metadata, page speed, and structured data
• Build and manage websites using Webflow, ensuring SEO foundations are built in from the start
• Manage and optimize Yext listings for improved local SEO and citation consistency
• Monitor performance and provide weekly/monthly reporting on KPIs and campaign results
• Stay up to date on algorithm changes and evolving SEO best practices
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and content writers to implement SEO recommendations

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional SEO experience (agency experience strongly preferred)
• Proven experience with Webflow site building and optimization
• Proficiency in SEMrush for keyword tracking, technical audits, and reporting
• Hands-on experience with Yext or similar citation/listing management tools
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and structured data (Schema markup)
• Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager
• Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple clients

Nice to Have

• Experience managing SEO projects in an agency or multi-client environment
• Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO, or Clearscope
• Understanding of CRO and basic UX principles as they relate to SEO
• Experience setting up and managing A/B tests and SEO experiments
