About the Role
TNT Growth is hiring a SEO Technical Strategist to lead hands-on technical SEO implementation across client websites in Miami, FL. This is a mid-senior level, full-time position ideal for someone who can independently take technical SEO audits and implement solutions end-to-end—from crawl fixes to Core Web Vitals improvements—while managing client relationships and supporting broader SEO strategy. You'll work across multiple CMS platforms including WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify, making you a critical part of the delivery team.
Responsibilities
- Independently implement technical SEO recommendations from audits with minimal oversight, including crawl and indexation fixes, Core Web Vitals improvements, and CMS troubleshooting
- Execute technical SEO changes directly on client websites across CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and others), including HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript edits
- Manage on-page SEO optimization: meta tags, headers, internal linking, image optimization, and schema markup installation
- Diagnose and improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) and overall page speed performance
- Handle crawl budget management, robots.txt configuration, canonicalization, sitemaps, and indexation error resolution
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager with custom event tracking, GA, and Google Search Console
- Support website migrations with technical SEO checklists, including redirect management, URL mapping, and metadata preservation
- Assist with keyword research, trend analysis, and provide technical insights to inform SEO strategy discussions
- Review content before publication for accuracy, brand alignment, and SEO best practices; monitor performance and flag opportunities
- Collaborate with strategy and development teams to maintain implementation schedules and document completed work for reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience implementing technical SEO directly in a CMS (hands-on implementation, not just auditing)
- Working knowledge of 2-3 major CMS platforms, including familiarity with Webflow
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for technical SEO fixes
- Experience managing crawl budget, indexation, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals independently
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console setup and configuration
- Familiarity with schema markup, structured data, and SEO audit tools (SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
- Ability to take an audit or brief and implement recommendations end-to-end without close oversight
- Strong editing, proofreading, and basic SEO strategy knowledge (keyword research, trend research)
