About the Role
We're seeking a Software Engineer II—a mid-level Drupal and Webflow developer to join our Scottsdale, AZ office in a hybrid work arrangement. You'll design, develop, test, and maintain software applications while leveraging your expertise in Drupal 9/10/11, Webflow CMS, and modern web technologies. If you're skilled in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, REST APIs, responsive design, and SEO optimization, and you thrive in collaborative, iterative development environments, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and applications
- Contribute to the full development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, and technical specifications
- Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements
- Analyze code to identify errors and revise programs as needed
- Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation
- Provide critical input in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements
- Consult with end users to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet their needs
- Support and maintain existing products while adding new features as requested by customers
- Ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures to maintain system and data confidentiality, integrity, and availability
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with application layer technologies including HTML/CSS, XML, JavaScript, JSON, and REST APIs
- 3+ years of experience with web and application servers such as IIS, Apache HTTP/Tomcat, IBM Websphere, Oracle WebLogic, JBoss, or GlassFish
- Proven experience with Drupal 9/10/11 and Webflow CMS
- Strong proficiency in PHP, Git, responsive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 2+ years of related industry experience
- Ability to work on multiple projects, meet deadlines, and respond to situations in a timely manner
- Independent eligibility to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
Nice to Have
- Experience with additional programming languages such as C#, Ruby, or Python
- Agile/Lean methodologies experience
- Experience mentoring and monitoring Software Engineers in technical aspects
- Solid understanding of iterative software development processes

- Base pay scale for Phoenix, AZ: $97,000 - $124,000 USD per year
