About the Role

As a Senior Web Designer for Branded Experience at TechTarget, you'll design, build, and maintain compelling web experiences using Webflow and WordPress. This hybrid role in Newton, MA combines UX and visual design with technical expertise, offering an exciting opportunity to collaborate with marketing and development teams to create engaging, responsive websites that drive traffic and user engagement. We're looking for a talented designer with 3-5+ years of experience who can blend creative vision with technical proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive web experiences using Webflow and WordPress
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to create visually striking, highly engaging web pages and sites that grow traffic and user stickiness
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively
• Build and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all digital products
• Apply UI/UX principles to enhance user engagement and interaction on websites
• Maintain and update existing websites to improve usability and performance
• Ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers using responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Stay current with web design trends, techniques, and technologies while optimizing website performance and speed

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of professional experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work
• Proficiency in Webflow and/or WordPress for website design and development
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Adobe XD
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and solid foundation in design principles
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with accessibility standards, inclusive design practices, responsive design principles, and web design best practices

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SEO best practices and principles
• Experience with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation
