This remote position offers the opportunity to work as an independent contractor, focusing on Webflow development, daily monitoring, and continuous improvement of their digital property. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Webflow, strong coding skills, and experience in the hospitality industry, with availability in or near the US time zone for seamless team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Monitor website performance daily, checking for issues and ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency
• Conduct routine testing to identify and resolve website errors, bugs, and glitches promptly
• Update website content including text, images, and videos to keep information current and engaging for guests
• Implement website optimization best practices to enhance user experience and site speed
• Track and analyze website analytics, generating performance reports for management
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align website content with brand and business goals
• Ensure website compliance with legal standards and security protocols to protect against vulnerabilities
• Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies to continually improve website functionality

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Webflow with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant coding languages
