About the Role

As a Senior Web Developer & SEO Specialist at Elevation Marketing, you'll own front-end development and web production across a diverse range of B2B client websites, microsites, and landing pages while driving organic search performance through technical SEO and advanced search optimization. This role is perfect for someone who combines deep Webflow and web development expertise with technical SEO mastery, and who can seamlessly translate creative direction into high-performing, search-optimized digital experiences. You'll work directly with the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing, coordinate external development vendors, and serve as a technical consultant for client-facing deliverables. This is an on-site position based in Gilbert, AZ, with two work-from-home days per month.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end development and end-to-end website redesigns across client projects including full site builds, microsites, and landing pages using Webflow, WordPress, HubSpot CMS, and other platforms, with consistent focus on UX/UI quality, search performance, and technical precision
• Write clean, performant HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; build and maintain custom page templates, components, and layouts in line with design specs and brand standards
• Execute and oversee technical SEO across client websites including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, page speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile optimization, and structured data implementation
• Conduct regular SEO audits and translate findings into prioritized, actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients; monitor search performance using Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Semrush, and Ahrefs
• Coordinate with external development partners across project briefing, timeline management, QA, and vendor relationship management
• Act as a technical consultant in client-facing settings, helping forecast project scopes, outline objectives, and deliver solutions that bridge creative direction and technical feasibility
• Collaborate with designers, account teams, content strategists, and producers to ensure SEO best practices are embedded into all web and content deliverables
• Maintain quality control across all web deliverables including pre-launch QA, device and browser testing, and post-launch monitoring

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on front-end web development experience with demonstrable expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Advanced proficiency with Webflow and other modern web platforms (WordPress, HubSpot CMS) for building responsive, high-performance websites
• Strong technical SEO knowledge including site architecture, on-page optimization, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and search performance monitoring
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Semrush, or Ahrefs
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate external development partners
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in a B2B marketing or agency environment
