About the Role

ThreeSixtyEight is seeking a Sr. Webflow Designer + Developer to join their creative team in Baton Rouge, LA on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is perfect for a highly experienced Webflow professional who can design and build exceptional, systematically structured website experiences using Webflow, JavaScript, CSS, GSAP, and custom code. You'll work on category-defining digital projects for mission-driven organizations, collaborating closely with a team that values growth, radically candid feedback, and celebrating wins together.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging Webflow websites with well-structured, scalable systems
• Build interactive and visually appealing digital experiences using Webflow, JavaScript, CSS, GSAP, and custom code
• Integrate custom functionality and APIs to create dynamic, data-driven web experiences
• Produce creative assets and push the boundaries of what's possible in digital design
• Collaborate with the Managing Creative Director and cross-functional teams on client and internal projects
• Continuously explore design trends, techniques, and tools to enhance creative output and team capabilities
• Participate in creative hackathons and help promote ThreeSixtyEight's unique point of view through your work

Requirements

• Proven professional experience with Webflow, JavaScript, CSS, GSAP, and custom code implementation
• Strong portfolio demonstrating highly interactive and visually appealing website design and development
• Familiarity with the Lumos Framework and structured file management systems
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Analytical approach to design with a passion for using data to inform decisions and improve user interactions
• Solution-oriented problem-solver with the ability to manage a full workload while driving continuous improvement
• Willingness to travel to headquarters and client meetings when necessary

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience building within the Lumos Framework
• Experience creating interactive experiences like low-code game installations for events
• Background in UX/UI optimization for web-based applications
