About the Role

We're seeking a Sr. Webflow Developer to join Homera Health's team in the Philippines. In this mid-senior level position, you'll be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing high-quality websites that power the telehealth industry. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll translate design concepts and business requirements into responsive, visually appealing, and high-performing web experiences while ensuring excellence in usability, performance, accessibility, and SEO.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Webflow to design, develop, and manage responsive websites, translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive pages
• Implement complex animations, high-end interactions, and scalable CMS structures that drive business goals
• Optimize all websites for high performance, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO best practices
• Test and debug websites across multiple devices and browsers to ensure seamless cross-platform compatibility
• Work closely with the CRO team to develop and integrate A/B testing solutions using third-party platforms
• Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions aligned with business objectives
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to clients and team members
• Stay current with the latest Webflow trends and features to continuously improve development processes and tooling

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional web development experience, with at least 2+ years of deep specialization in Webflow
• Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, specifically for extending Webflow's native functionality and handling custom code embeds
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks and workflows outside of the Webflow environment
• Proven experience integrating and debugging third-party tracking technologies such as Segment CDP, Facebook Ads API, and Google Tag Manager
• Experience implementing compliance technology like OneTrust or Transcend
• High-level mastery of Figma with a "pixel-perfect" approach to translating designs into responsive web pages
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, web accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser/cross-device debugging
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
